Does not pass Publish flag - to publish a version

According to this http://docs.aws.amazon.com/lambda/latest/dg/versioning-intro.html passing Publish flag (http://docs.aws.amazon.com/lambda/latest/dg/API_CreateFunction.html) will automatically publish a version. It would be nice if support was added for this flag.

Looks like this was resolved in #20.
