Location Accuracy popup on Android

Describe the bug
On Android, the Location Accuracy popup keeps appearing when location is turned off, making the app hard to use.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Turn off device location / Location Accuracy.
2. Open Transito.
3. Use a location-based screen.
4. The Android Location Accuracy popup appears repeatedly, even after dismissing it.

Expected behavior
If the user declines location, the app should stop prompting repeatedly and allow manual search / non-location usage.
