Was already reported in the Discord but I'll just repost it here in case;
If you try launching while Steam is closed, you'll get an error code 53 (I think that was the number). It still launches Steam and Isaac, though REPENTOGON is not attached. I think when launching the game while Steam is closed, the launcher should wait until Isaac opens. Or alternatively, just tell the user Steam's not running.
