[BUG] Ask grant usage access even after permission given

Describe the bug

AMNG Somehow keep requesting Usage Access despite user already gave permission

Steps to reproduce

1. Download and install current AMNG
2. trigger grant usage access by ope any app info inside AMNG
3. AMNG will request despite perm already granted by user

Expected behavior

it should work and not requesting again
