BUG - Regression - Go to sleep does not turn off the deck's screen

Describe the bug
The "Go To Sleep" action used to actually turn off the deck's display. It does not do that anymore.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a button with the "Go To Sleep" action on it
2. Press it

Expected behavior
The screen should turn off.
