[EPIC] RC1: Zero-Knowledge & Observability

Epic Goal: Implement ZK proof architecture and real-time system monitoring.

Scope: Replace mock ZKP circuits with real Groth16 implementation and populate admin dashboard with live metrics.

Success Criteria:

• ✅ ZK proofs verify battle outcomes
• ✅ Dashboard shows real node/network metrics
• ✅ No reliance on mock data
