[Transceiver] Provide checklist for transceiver hardware

Transceiver Checklist

• TX and RX pins need to be PWM
• Make sure the pin assignments are the same as in your code
• HC-12 need to be powered from external source, not powerboard
• Make sure everything has a common ground
• Use multimeter to check power voltage !!!
• Make sure battery is turned on
• Make sure all wires are plugged in
• Make sure you are using an Uno or Mega
• Refresh serial monitor all the time
