Folder Pane (Storage) display according to permissions

The folders and resources displayed in the folder pane should be filtered through permisions:

• not logged in -> I only see the public readable content
• logged in -> i only see the public readable content + the content available to me
• owner logged in -> see all storage.

This is costly. You need to check each item for authorisation.
Per Solid spec folder return the Resource list unfiltered.

I think it is user responsibility to organise the pod to avoid unwanted discovery.
That's what timbl.solidcommunity.net do.
