chore: sync pnpm-lock.yaml with linkinator dependency

Unblocks the Deploy Production workflow which has been failing since
commit 36c3ada (ci: broken-link check via linkinator) added linkinator
to package.json without refreshing the lockfile. Four pushes since then
all failed at the --frozen-lockfile install step.
