docs(pricing): clarify Sharp/Pro/Hobby streaming column

The "0*" entry in the Streams column scanned as "no streaming" even
though the asterisk pointed to a callout explaining the WebSocket
Add-on. Change to "Add-on*" so the column itself signals availability;
the callout still explains the price and per-key stream count.
