The `stse_platform_st1wire_xxx()` functions are not defined out

The stse_platform_st1wire_xxx() porting functions are always defined in core/stse_platform.h, regardless of whether the STSE_CONF_USE_ST1WIRE preprocessor definition is set in stse_config.h. Based on my observation, core/stse_platform.h does not utilize STSE_CONF_USE_ST1WIRE.

Indeed, you're right for ST1WIRE and I2C too, we'll provide an update taking both into account in case we're using STSAFE-L. For STSAFE-A, only I2C will be defined. You can expect it around next week I believe.
