[FEATURE]: Add ability to temporary not reconciling the Component object #69

Many times, for testing / hotfix purpose I need to change several objects, which are controlled by the Component. Unfortunately, after several time (10 minutes?) the operator overrides my changes back to previous state, which is very inconvenient in cases, where many objects must be manually changed.

I would like to have similar feature in the operator, like in Flux project.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Adding annotations / labels will be also sufficient.
Additional context
It will be also nice to expand metrics to indicating, that the some objects are in suspended state for cases, when they was suspended by mistake or inadvertently.
