Please support build for PHP 8.5

I just released Tensor extension 3.0.9 with Zephir 0.19.0 that has support for PHP 8.4. When Zephir becomes compatible with PHP 8.5, I can update it again to support it.

@andrewdalpino ah, I didn't aware that Zephyr also has compatibility with PHP version.
I thought it just work out of the box

Hi @andrewdalpino , it looks like Zephyr now supports PHP 8.5. See zephir-lang/zephir#2509 . I'd appreciate it if you could update Tensor whenever you have a chance. Thanks for you work!
