Proxy-Support: Release desperately needed

With 9b81bf7, proxy support has been added.
However, this change – though being merged into master was not included in any recent package built and published on npmjs.
@d-gubert kindly forge a new minor/patch-version.

@d-gubert can you provide an update on this for us? This blocks us from deploying our app at the moment.
