Cannot start map "The Snake"

When I try to play the map "The Snake", the map doesn't load. Instead I get the error message:
"Player 2 doesn't have a valid start location! Server state changed to stop
client state changed to stop"

When I close the second AI, it works just fine.

Same issue here, any directions how to fix it?

As far as I remember the map is broken (at least when staying close to the map format).

Edit: It's the miss206 files and those files are confirmed to work fine

I can reproduce it:

Using the mission files that @Spikeone mentioned works, though, so I did not investigate any further.
