courtesy of @koleini, we got a new script for building `tflite` with GPU delegates, so we can enable development and testing of his draft PR ongoing work on branch `update_tflite` - [x] build and publish binaries to s3 (for linux-x86_64, jetson) - [x] update `get_deps` - [x] move script to docker build - [ ] update tflite backend wrapper (there is an unresolved issue when deleting the `ctx` on cleanup)
