Reproduction steps

1. Use a FreshRSS instance
2. Fetch recent news
3. Mark all as read and sync again, the marked as read news will show up again, and after a delay will be marked as read, time is inconsistent and sometimes the news aren't marked as read on FreshRSS.
4. This started to happen on the 0.16.0 version.
