In beta version 13.11, it crashes as soon as a file is loaded.

Looks like the profile was set up to use the nvenc_h265_10bit encoder, which was not available at the time of the crash. You should be able to work around this by changing the video encoder. I will look into making the fallback behave more nicely.

With the non-portable version 12.23, the 10-bit NVENC-H265 codec works perfectly.
