keeps timing out. Perhaps we need to bring this dataset in-house.

Hi @mmcky, I checked this once again and I don't seem to find any time-out issues anymore. I have checked it on Colab, it runs perfectly there, as well as on Jupyterlab where the data is imported successfully and all operations follow up well. However, I think this warning should also be looked at:

But despite the warning, all codes run perfectly and output is the same as we see in the lecture notes.
