Pauli Propagation VM: fast quantum circuit simulator in Rust with Python
bindings. Three main components: ppvm-runtime (Pauli propagation via
PauliWord/PauliSum with efficient bitwise storage, Clifford gates, rotations,
noise channels, truncation), ppvm-tableau (generalized stabilizer tableau
simulation), and ppvm-sym (symbolic computation). Standalone project. Example
issues: PauliSum truncation strategies, tableau measurement correctness, Trotter
simulation performance, Python binding API, magic state distillation benchmarks.
