[KEY FEATURE] Visualize the network with a non-GIS map

Show assets and connections even without map coordinates.
Basic version dumps them all together and the user can move them around.
Advanced version uses some kind of spreading algorithm to place them nicely so the user doesn't have to move them to see things.
