imutils not found after successful pip install on windows 10, python 3.12

Hello! I have a very strange error of imutils not found after doing pip install. I have gone through the usual suspects, but none seem to work.
Things i have tried

• https://blog.finxter.com/modulenotfounderror-no-module-named-imutils-python/
• ImportError: No module named imutils #39
• https://stackoverflow.com/questions/9510474/pip-uses-incorrect-cached-package-version-instead-of-the-user-specified-version
• No module named 'imutils' after pip install #24

Update:
It appears to be installed in the correct place too, for my virtual environment

May i seek your help on this? Thank you!
