Unified API: More Detailed Error Messages in Webhook Payload

**Describe the current behavior**
In webhook response body we sent generic error messages if some error occurs.

**Describe the enhancement you'd like**
Send detailed error messages in the payload along with error codes

**Why is this enhancement needed?**
Better debuggability from client perspective.
