Openssh 10.3 , 10.4 not working in windows 10

I am experincing problem with ssh connection in 10.3 build but in 10.0 build it is working. OS: windows 10 using

Expected behavior

ssh should be coonected

Actual behavior

ssh connection not there , sftp connection not there
