pycalphad update

pycalphad function unpack_components either moved, integrated or deleted, breaking our existing scripts. Currently updated code to install working back version of pycalphad but will look for solution when I have time.

you should be able to find and replace unpack_components with unpack_species see here: pycalphad/pycalphad#546

This is a continuing issue with modules such as EqScheil.py and myPycalphadCallable.py still calling functions such as unpack_components and empty modules such as pycalphad.codegen.callables now pycalphad.codegen.phase_record_factory in the current version of pycalphad.

@grantluman Thank you for pointing that out! @amr8004 is cleaning up the main branch and merging development branch into it. The AMMap callables should be adjusted to new pycalphad versions sometime soon
