Access with API keys #306
Description
Just like other IT companies do, we should restrict access to our core web services to clients with registered API keys, to be able to track usage and filter out robots and spammers.
(Currently, we just suggests users using optional 'user' parameter with e.g. '/search', '/get' requests)
