Services: add 5 companies, logos, and company links on catalog pages (#193)

Add Shattered Silicon, Datavail, XTIVIA, MinervaDB and MariaDB Services
to the catalog, and logos for FromDual, Percona and Pythian, which move
to folder listings so the logo can sit next to the page.

Catalog pages now show a company's people (People entries whose
company_url points at the page), plus their interviews and webinars.
Blog posts by those people are left out on purpose: an author may be
writing for the Foundation, not for their employer.
