[Feature]: Context offload along with compression

@Tarquinen if you ever get time, might be good to work on the context offloading to some db/file if you can, it might be good i feel

Feature request to have more RLM like behaviour where context is offloaded instead of just getting compressed so that the agent can reference it's old conversations instead of information loss.
