Convert document format to markdown

Requirement

Currently, all documents in this repository are created with Microsoft Office, that is, Word(.doc/.docx) or Excel(.xls/.xlsx).

This style have some problems:

• Can not open without Microsoft Office. (e.g. Mac)
• Difficult to check diff on github.

How about converting document format to markdown?

I think markdown is also good. Especially, it is good to be able to grasp difference.
However, it takes lot of man hours to convert to markdown. Therefore, I think conversion tool is required.

And, I think that the office document can be browsed from many devices by installing Store application or Libre Office.

I think that Pandoc is useful.
The time and cost are able to be reduced by this tool.

I think that the office document can be browsed from many devices by installing Store application or Libre Office.

The layout of office document may collapse with these tools. (There is no guarantee that the layout of office document does not collapse.)
