Issue Description
We use the API extensively and have noticed that all of our returned signed documents have the listed date format as the date instead (08/04/2025) of the actual date the document was signed.
Expected Behavior
If I were to sign a document today, the date should appear as 09/18/2025.
Current Behavior
If I were to sign today, the completed document shows the date as 08/04/2025 (the chosen format).
Steps to reproduce
In the template designer, place a date widget on the page, set the format to 08/04/2025, set to read only (I want to automatically use the current date) and save the changes. Using the API, create a new document from the template. Send the document and complete it without entering the date. Finished document will contain the 08/04/2025 in the date field versus the actual date.
