An ugly error message

An rather unclear error message on travis when fails building installers due to missing dimension icon.

convert: unable to open image `/home/travis/build/MlemandPurrs/rapluslite/packaging/windows/../artwork//icon_24x24.png': No such file or directory @ error/blob.c/OpenBlob/2712.

@pchote wanted me to open an issue about it so here it is.

The SDK needs to check for those files and give a sensible error if they don't exist.
