[Feature]: Display Patina Test results in Patina QEMU PR Validation comments #101

Feature Overview
After #100 is implemented, we would still want to make Patina Test failures brought to the attention of Pull Request stakeholders in the patina repo.
Solution Overview
This issue tracks updating the Patina QEMU PR Validation worfkflow comment posted to include any Patina Test failures and either parse and show a formatted summary of failures like a markdown table or simply like to the test JSON file.
