-slide with Journey Map is a little too dense (Alyssa Y48 Journey Map slide), maybe make the row above and below emotions larger
-arriving at clinic slide: would be nice to assume patient has everything they need in Rosie to go through registration desk successfully (address, insurance, etc.) and it be friction free
-make sure the BP measurements match everywhere they appear in the slide
-consider removing the draft of a Rosie UI design on the one slide
-update who watches Will while she's gone (BY thought - maybe she brings Will with her?)
-include a mini-map of where in the journey the slide is
Demo content considerations
-liked going through the onboarding screens to reinforce learning about what Rosie does, but was on fence about how much value there was
-consider maybe assuming she has already done onboarding and knows it, showing case where Rosie knows a lot about Alyssa up front
-(both slides and demo) didn't like the male blood pressure taking, wanted it to agree with gender of patient or perhaps see Rosie with a BP cuff
-(both slides and demo) access some data from system she's interacting with (e.g., Epic, myChart) to pull out next event she's going to

WHAT I REALLY LIKED:
- The app helps point to what kind of questions to ask providers related to pre-eclampsia (and other conditions)…this is very empowering since many patients don’t know what they should be asking about related to conditions of concern
- "Call family" feature acknowledges that construction of health resources is different for everyone and allows patient to construct their network of resources in the way that makes sense to them
- It feels like Rosie is a companion that is knowledgeable about your health that is there with you throughout your health journey: love it!
SOME THOUGHTS:
- Have Dr. Taylor look at the demo and offer feedback
- Rosie’s feature on sending reminder to attend appointment --> other supports are needed to overcome barriers to attendance / missed appointments...for example, if single mother w/ a child, recs for daycare or baby sitting...basically identifying causes of missed - appointments, and seeing how Rosie can support a few of the non-clinical / lived-experience-in-the-community aspects (forgetfulness, transportation issues, personal health issues, family and employer obligations, and other issues, such as anticipated long clinic wait times, bad weather, etc - https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6710029/)
- Re patient education about their own health during pregnancy --> also need a way to do "provider education" or communicate patient concerns to providers (e.g. maybe when a patient has concerns about pre-eclampsia, having a study that the patient can give to provider that brings weight to what the patient is describing as concerns or symptoms so providers pay attention)…dismissing patient concerns is a huge problem of implicit bias in medicine that leads to negative outcomes in African American women
