Make sure the onenotepicker doesn't spin forever on a 403 because of 20K item limit in the Sharepoint Document Library #71
This is not a bug in the current implementation. Some users have document libraries over 20K items which will return a 403 when calling GetNotebooks, so this would be a good thing to check for when the rewrite is done.
