Add "Human-written" to requirements
"AI/LLMs must not be used to draft or write sections of your submission--please see the "AI Use Policy" section below." The AI Use Policy is ISMB's; as part of ISMB, BOSC is following it. If there is agreement on adding this point to the Requirements section, there are two more things to update: - https://github.com/OBF/bosc_materials/blob/master/BOSC_review_process.md - In our BOSC drive, the doc called "Review form - BOSC 2026"
