ER: Add ability to send videos from other apps

Use Case:

When I encounter a video in any app (e.g., news, social media), I want to use Android’s standard "Send to" menu to select NotelyVoice (NV). NV should then:

1. Download the video.
2. Generate a transcript in the original language.
3. Offer an option to translate the transcript into my system language.

Requirements:

• Support for Android’s "Send to" intent.
• Video download and transcription (original language).
• Optional translation (target: system language).
