Description

@nutpantz

App sits at 0 of 152 mb downloaded and never starts.

Network log does not show the app trying to download anything

What is the download method used in the app?
It's it the Android\Google download Manager that is a huge privacy\security hole in Android?
Or does the app itself download the data?

Android download Manager usually fails if it cannot connect to Google. Android download Manager never notifies the user if it is downloading. Or if it has a que to download in the future or has failed to download for any reason. Any app can connect to the Internet via the Android download Manager and never is there any user interaction that it is happening.

There appears to be no way to stop the download
There appears to be no way to pause the download
There appears to be no way to clear the download.

Other then to force close the the app.

There are at least 30 other app working without issue.
