In vvD.modal validate tag id=test-message is missing reported even when tag is there #3
Description
The validation test for the test-message tag will fail if the tag does not have any text in it, resulting in the message "The html tag with 'id=test-message' is missing!" . We probably do not care that there is no default message in the inner html, we just want the tag to be there to contain the messages.
