Podman Install Freeze

Problem description

After installing podman, the next screen asks to start podman - nothing happens. I have uninstalled and reinstalled podman using the help menu, the same issue is still prevalent.

@0xJonHoldsCrypto Please uninstall version 4.x of NiceNode and download the latest version at https://www.nicenode.xyz/#download

Unfortunately, we were unable to provide automatic updates to version 6. We don't expect this issue to happen again.

Please let me know if version 6.x of NiceNode fixes the issue. Please give ~10-15 minutes for installing Podman on Windows depending on your internet speed. Additionally a reboot is required about half-way through the install process.
