Description:
It would be useful to automatically manage the DND (Do Not Disturb) status based on the user’s CTI or NethLink session state.

Proposed behavior:

  1. On logout from NethVoice CTI and/or NethLink:
    Automatically set the user status to DND = ON

  2. On login to NethVoice CTI and/or NethLink:
    Automatically remove DND (set DND = OFF)

Additional notes:

  • These should be two separate configurable options (independent toggles), so administrators can enable only one or both behaviors.
  • This would help ensure accurate presence status and avoid calls being routed to offline users.

Use case:
Agents who forget to manually toggle DND when starting or ending their shift, leading to missed calls or incorrect availability status.
