NethVoice: extend call transcription with advanced summarization and search features

Enhance the current call transcription feature by implementing advanced text summarization and keyword-based search functionalities within the NethVoice CTI. Users should be able to quickly obtain a concise summary and efficiently search across call summaries and transcriptions.

Purpose and Motivation
While the recently implemented automatic transcription at the end of calls provides users with a written record, long transcripts can be overwhelming and inefficient to process. Users require key point extraction, action items, and faster navigation to relevant information. Adding summarization and enhanced search capabilities will improve usability, save time, and help users act on critical information quickly.

Proposed Solution

• Integrate an AI-based text summarization module that automatically generates summaries after processing call recordings.
• Allow customization of summary length (e.g., short, medium, detailed).
• Display the summary in the transcript view for user review and acceptance.
• Let users edit and approve the generated summary before saving it to the call's CDR record.
• Implement keyword-based search across summaries and transcripts to help users quickly retrieve past conversations or information.
• Provide easy options to copy summaries or transcripts for sharing externally.
