Add support for Photon 5.0

Hello,

Can you please add support for VMware Photon 5.0? https://vmware.github.io/photon/docs-v5/whats-new/

Currently, there is only support for Photon 3.0.

I tried creating a photon 5 container by bumping the OS version and running the Dockerfile, but unfortunately I couldn't succeed.
I encountered a lot of errors which I couldn't solve.

Can you please check and add support for Photon 5.0.
