Describe the feature request
We have several hardcoded options in our logging configuration for beats.
The most important changes I see:
- Make count of rotated and kept files a variable (with default)
- Make permissions of logfiles a variable and make the default more restrictive than what it is now
Thinking of it I like to have a "global" default for all beats with an option to overwrite it per beat.
