Latest 0.1.0 release does not include the Taskbar.tlb file

Describe the bug
The latest 0.1.0 release does not include the Taskbar.tlb file it needs to be downloaded manually and placed in the site-packages --> pytaskbar location

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install the package via pip
2. Try the example
3. See error

Expected behavior
The file should be included in the package.

I ran into this same issue when updating 0.1.0. It is possible to work around if you know what the current working directory will be when your program is run, then you can put TaskbarLib.tlb there and it'll find it there. This is the case for me so that's what I did. It would at a minimum be nice if the exception message gave the download location, as of right now it just says "WIP"

I haven't updated the docs after 0.1.0, hence the confusion. Here's what I've planned to implement:

• Auto-download the .tlb file to a default path, or just include it in a file.
• Also let users load the file from a custom location.

Fixed in release 0.1.1. The package now ships with the tlb file, no need to worry about it anymore!
