Allow Adding Comment of a Sign

A feature Request,
If you could make it so that you could add a comment to a sign (so you can make the sign say where it is going to wrap to), It could make it a bit easier to tell where the portal takes you.

Or If you could make it so that instead of saying the code, (ex. p:myportal) you could have it say (sign ex.)
