1. 在pi coding agent中，他们会在启动时检测并自动下载fd和rg，我们可以用同样的办法。
2. 尽在启动前做明确检测和警报
3. 在安装kimi code时进行检测并安装依赖

Opened #305 — a unified system-dependency check that tackles the three options in this issue together:

• Single source of truth: ripgrep, fd, and the shell are now described in one declarative registry (purpose / required-or-optional / auto-bootstrap / fallback / fix hint) instead of three scattered, inconsistent strategies.
• Option 2 (detect + warn): the CLI warns at startup when fd is missing outside a git repo or the shell is unavailable, and /status reports the health of all three.
• Fixes 没有安装Git Bash时无法启动 #259: the CLI now starts without Git Bash — the Bash tool is simply omitted (with an in-prompt note) instead of crashing at startup.
• Option 1 (auto-download): kept for ripgrep (already implemented via the existing locator); intentionally not added for fd by default, since fd is optional and has a git ls-files fallback — happy to wire it up if maintainers prefer the auto-download approach.
• Docs: the dependencies are now declared in getting-started + tools reference.

This generalizes the per-tool work explored in #261 (Git Bash) and #290 (fd) into one place — credit to those authors for surfacing the problems. Split out #309 for an unrelated, pre-existing pnpm typecheck error surfaced while rebasing onto latest main. Feedback very welcome.
