Subject: Refund request for duplicate charges (card ending 7507, US$100 total)
Hi there,
I subscribed to MiniMax on May 15, 2026, but right after I paid, the subscription did not activate on my account. I thought the payment had failed, so I tried paying two more times to test it.
Later I checked my credit card statement and realized all three payments actually went through. I only need one month of MiniMax, so I would like to request a refund for the two extra charges.
Here are the details (merchant name: NANONOBLE PTE., all charged on May 15, 2026):
- Card ending 7507 — US$50.00 (please refund)
- Card ending 7507 — US$50.00 (please refund)
- Card ending 1522 — US$50.00 (please keep this one to cover my current subscription)
So basically, I am asking for a full refund of US$100 on the two charges to card 7507. Please leave the 1522 charge as is so my subscription stays active.
I have attached a screenshot of the three charges for your reference. Let me know if you need anything else from me.
