Summary

Documentation based on a PR that implements mechanisms that allow for checking if a session is elevated as well as how this can be done on lower level versions of PowerShell if/when this PR is accepted and merged.

Details

The PR in the PowerShell repo was due to frustration with seeing so much similar code that could be drastically simplified if this was already built in across github and PowerShell Gallery.
