Describe the feature

make a featuere that when toggled on, when you place a rail it auto shoots a flame arrow and places a tnt minecart.

• This feature doesn't already exist in the client. (I have checked every module and their settings on the latest dev build)

• This wasn't already suggested. (I have searched suggestions on GitHub and read the FAQ)

This method of pvp is not used on anarchy servers, which is where Meteor is intended to be used. There are a few anarchy servers where people use TNT minecarts for pvp, but using a bow and arrow to ignite the TNT is highly inefficient in anarchy environments.

To implement the feature, consider using the placeRail() function in conjunction with a new function that triggers the shooting of a flame arrow and the placement of a TNT minecart. Additionally, you might want to check if the current client supports the mechanics for automatically igniting TNT, as this could affect the reliability of the feature in PvP scenarios.
