[Bug]: Some Repeaters Mapped as Wrong Path Hash Size

What happened?

Some repeaters are being mapped as 1-byte despite observers receiving and reporting 2-byte adverts to MQTT.

One such repeater is at https://sjt.meshmapper.net/?repeater=DB%2C31.484364%2C-100.400461

Attached is an example of an observer-reported 2-byte advert from that repeater that I manually triggered.

The repeater should be properly displayed as 2-byte

I believe this repeater is also seeing the same bug. I don't have admin to it to verify by the same method as above, but I do know the owner and that he has indeed updated it to 1.15 and set it to 2-byte.
